Gaza Monologues

Our online reading of excerpts from Ashtar Theatre's The Gaza Monologues on The International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People (recorded 29th November 2023). Thanks again to all who attended and to our readers Maria Tivnan, Eilish McCarthy and Kate Murray.

The Gaza Monologues are testimonies from a group of children from Gaza in 2010 after the first war on the Gaza Strip. Today, in 2023, children in Palestine are again experiencing the horrors of war. We stand in solidarity with the people of Palestine. We at Fregoli Theatre call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and an end to the genocidal violence against the Palestinian people. As a global community we need to stand together and protect human rights and human lives.
